Dream Minding

We dream for nearly one third of our lives, but how many of us pay attention to the meanings hidden within? What if our dreams could unlock the keys to personal growth and fulfilment?

In Dream Minding, psychotherapist Annie Armstrong Miyao challenges the idea that our dreams are frivolous and explores how they can provide us with greater self-awareness, connect us to our intuition and help us honour parts of ourselves that we may not always have time to express.

Drawing on contemporary western psychology and the works of Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung, this book offers a clear and practical roadmap to understanding how your dreams can help you create positive life changes. You’ll learn how to:
  • Remember and record your dreams
  • Identify recurring features and significant symbols
  • Interpret the meaning of your dreams and connect them to patterns or challenges in your life
  • Use your dreams as a form of healing
Featuring the latest scientific research and case studies of the author’s clients, Dream Minding will empower you to live a more meaningful, fulfilled and whole-hearted life.
